Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. Who we are
LabCompare Rx (“Service”) is built and managed by NextGenOra (“we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the Service.
The Service is intended for business users (pharmacies, laboratories, and related professionals), not for children under 16.
2. Information we collect
Account data: email, password (hashed by our auth provider), name, organization name, and role.
Service activity: saved labs, quote requests and responses, reviews, price alerts, claim requests (including work email, website, job title, and proof notes), inbound lab-interest forms, and profile edits you make to a claimed lab.
Technical data: approximate device/browser information, IP address, and basic logs needed for security, rate limiting, and reliability. We may also log transactional email delivery status for operational health.
Public / third-party enrichment: directory firmography may include publicly available business information. Optional enrichment (for example openFDA signals) may reference publicly available regulatory data and is not a substitute for your own due diligence.
3. How we use information
- Provide and secure accounts, directories, quotes, claims, and dashboards
- Route quote requests and claim notifications to labs, buyers, and operators
- Send transactional email (confirmations, replies, admin alerts, price alerts)
- Improve the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
- Communicate about partnerships, featured placement, or support when you ask
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell personal information.
4. How we share information
- With counterparties on the Service: when you request a quote, relevant details may be shared with the lab (or forwarded by our team if the listing is unclaimed). When a lab responds, the buyer may receive the reply. Claim submissions are reviewed by platform admins.
- Service providers: we use processors such as Supabase (authentication and database) and Resend (email delivery), and hosting providers (for example Vercel) to run the Service under appropriate safeguards.
- Legal / safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, security, and integrity of users and the Service.
- Business transfers: if NextGenOra is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction subject to this Policy’s spirit.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for authentication sessions and core product functionality. We may also use privacy-minded analytics (such as Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic and improve the Service. The Service is not designed around third-party advertising trackers. Your browser settings may limit cookies; some features may not work without them.
6. Retention
We retain account and operational records for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain security logs. You may request deletion of your account; some records may remain where retention is required (for example fraud prevention or completed commercial correspondence).
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a SaaS directory (encrypted transport, access controls, role-based permissions). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a strong unique password and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email info@nextgenora.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You can update many profile fields in your dashboard. You can stop using the Service at any time.
9. International users
The Service is operated with a primary focus on U.S. pharmaceutical contract testing workflows. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the U.S. and other locations where our providers operate.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
